Day 348: When You Try To Sleep In…

It’s somewhat annoying when you try to sleep in but you still wake up at the same time. Even when you don’t set an alarm, eventually you get in the habit of waking up at the same time everyday. So when you try to break out of the routine, sometimes it is hard. Which makes it so when you’ve had a lack of sleep harder to catch up. So I suppose that results in going to bed earlier? We’ll see how that goes…
