If you’re like me you tend to eat certain things when you don’t feel good. For example, growing up the only time I would drink Cherry 7up would be if I was sick. Maybe that’s why I can’t stand the taste of it now? Similarly, I know other people tend to only eat chicken noodle soup or drink orange juice when they don’t feel good. I know others who only use certain brands of mouth wash when they don’t feel good. But if you only have those food when you don’t feel good, if you have them other times do they make you feel sick? Like if you get a cold, should you eat all the food you eat when you have the flu just to “feel better” even though you might make yourself feel worse because that means you’re sick when really you just have a cold?
